Dr Sara Booth-Mason is one of the founders of Lane Cove Eye Surgery and a current partner of the practice.
Dr Booth-Mason trained at St Thomas Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London UK, gaining both medical and ophthalmology degrees.
She held a consultant position at Sussex Eye Hospital, Brighton UK for four years before emigrating to Australia. She was attached to Sydney Eye Hospital for two years before setting up practice in Gordon.
Dr Booth-Mason has a particular interest in cataract surgery, neuro-ophthalmology, general and medical ophthalmology. Dr Booth-Mason also has an interest in clinical teaching. She is a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the Macquarie University, Australian School of Advanced Medicine, and Senior Clinical Associate Lecturer at the SAN Clinical School.
